Bethany’s main website is used by internal and external audiences including prospective students, current students, alumni, faculty and staff, community members, and constituents of the College. All departments and academic programs are housed within this site infrastructure.
The site is an ongoing collaboration between marketing, information technology services, and an outside web programmer. While working as the coordinator of design and communication, I was responsible for much of the design, content, user experience, and management of content editors.
In 2011, the navigation and site structure led this site to receive an 8th place national ranking in the My College Options Enrollment Power Index, a study on admissions usability. Nearly 3,000 websites were reviewed by prospects and web experts.
